Wayne Hudson
President of the New Zealand Software Association, Wayne Hudson has practiced law in the technology business sector for over 25 years.
Formerly with Bell Gully, Wayne has established a firm specialising in technology and intellectual property - Hudson Gavin Martin which specializes in addressing technology, FMCG, branding, trademark and intellectual property issues faced by SMEs.
His experience ranges from advising business owners and entrepreneurs on technology commercialisation, business sales and acquisitions, raising capital, research and development, protection of intellectual property, to the establishment of joint ventures and corporate restructuring. Wayne has also been a trustee for the HiGrowth Project Trust.
