Cathy has 30 years experience in the real estate industry selling residential and upmarket homes and investment properties. A major business milestone was growing a franchise branch network of 22 offices in Auckland Whangarei and Taupo, and coaching and developing over 350 salespeople and administration staff.

Cathy applies strengths based coaching and mentoring using a positive psychology approach with owners, managers and executives, and she especially enjoys working on challenging short-term projects.
